Job summary

Associated Home Care is seeking Part-Time Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support clients across Massachusetts. Join a caregiver-led team that values dignity, independence, and compassionate home care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
• HHA Certificate, Personal Care, or CNA License preferred.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Previous experience as CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition.
