Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Willing to drive clients for appointments and outings.
• Great communicator who can read, write and speak English clearly.
• Reliable and dependable with a set schedule.
• Experience providing direct care (Home Health Aide or CNA) welcomed.
• Ongoing availability of 3 days per week.
• Able to travel up to 15 miles for shifts.
• Lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds.
• Access to internet, email, and mobile phone; WellSky experience a plus.

• Weekdays & Weekend Day availability wanted
• 4-12 hour morning/day/evening shifts
• Competitive Pay @ $21/hr

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has a valid driver's license AND insured vehicle.
• Must be willing to drive clients for appointments, shopping & outings. License & insured vehicle required.
• Is a GREAT communicator who can read, write and speak clearly in English.
• Is RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE and can commit to a set schedule.
• Experience providing direct care, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant. We will also consider private care or care for a loved one as experience. (Certifications are a plus but not required).
• Must have ONGOING availability of 3 days per week
• Is able travel up to 15 miles for shifts (approx. 30 min commuting time)
• Can lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Has full access to internet, email, and mobile phone w/ability to use a phone app. (WellSky experience a plus)
