Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking Home Health Aides to support clients in their homes with compassionate care and essential daily activities. Orientation is provided and paid; the role emphasizes reliability, empathy, and independence to maintain client safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and able to work independently.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be comfortable providing personal care, meal prep and light housekeeping.
• 1.5+ years in related field or HHA/STNA certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate home health care and companionship to clients.
• Perform personal care, grooming, meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed.
• Follow care plans and communicate with supervisors and clients to support wellbeing.

• A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping
• Must have 1.5 yrs. Recent Exp. In Related Field or HHA or STNA certificate

Hiring Range

$16-$17
