Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs to care for clients in Dedham, Norwood, Milton, Stoughton, Westwood, Canton and nearby South Shore areas. Pay rate is $20-$23/hr with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, scholarships, a stable working environment, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support.

Qualifications include a Home Health Aide Certificate OR CNA License. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, ROM exercises, transfers, vital signs, home

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
