Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to support clients in Gloucester and surrounding towns. We offer competitive hourly pay with weekly payroll, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience (as per job requirements).
• Current HHA Certificate OR CNA license listed in good standing with the board.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping and grooming.
• Bathing, toileting, nail care.
• Provide range of motion exercises where applicable.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using assistive devices.
• Medication assistance as directed.
• Vital sign checks and general health monitoring.
• Support with meals and hydration, including oral feeding as needed.

Education

HHA Certificate OR CNA license in good standing

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides:

• Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
