Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to deliver direct patient care in clients' homes according to the plan of care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health status, and document findings to ensure quality care.

We offer competitive pay between $12.50 and $15.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, daily pay option, mileage reimbursement where applicable, and a supportive team across Perry County, OH.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide experience.
• CNA/STNA or HHA certificate preferred.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document notes.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.

As aHome Health Aide, you will be

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.


• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings.


• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)


• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for aHome Health Aidewith us, you will need

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience


• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred.


• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient’s condition.


• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations


• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insuranceis mandatory
