Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Prescott Valley, AZ seeks a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to support patients in their homes under RN supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, maintaining a safe environment, and documenting observations for the care plan.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. We offer extensive training, paid time off, health benefits, and a company-matched 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English and follow written and verbal instructions in English effectively.
• Demonstrates interest in the welfare of ill and elderly.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.
• Meets the training requirements of the State.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance.
• Must have current drivers license.
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home or home health agency, or completion of Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide Program.
• Proof of current CPR (Florida only) and Hepatitis profile.
• Aide Competency Evaluation Skills Checklist and written Skills Test.
