Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients throughout Suffolk County.

We currently have multiple cases available in Saint James with weekday and weekend opportunities. Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and maintaining a safe environment in clients' homes. The role offers flexible shifts and weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience.
• Proof of NYS HHA certificate.
• Ability to work in the U.S. and in Suffolk County.
• Physical exam within the past year and required immunizations.
• PPD/QuantiFERON (or chest X-ray) within the past year.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

Saint James - Case 1

Sunday & Monday | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saint James - Case 2

12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
