Qualifications

• Active New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification is required.
• Minimum of one year of professional HHA experience is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable transportation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
• Offer medication reminders as directed.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities

Required Health Documentation

• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
