Pay Range

• Days: $17.55 - $18.99
• Evenings: $18.65 - $20.09
• Nights: $19.05 – $20.49

All evening and night shifts include shift differentials. The base pay range reflects current potential pay for successful applicants, including shift differentials. Pay is determined by experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, and contracts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Heartsaver First Aid certification at hire or within 3 months.
• Evidence of all required licenses and certifications as per laws and regulations.
• Medication certification required.
• Preferably one year or more experience as a Home Health Aide.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Tact, discretion, diplomacy, and stress management skills.
• Effective communication with supervisors and co-workers.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Compliance with Universal Precautions.
• Willingness to work beyond scheduled hours if necessary.
• Completion of 12 hours of in-service education annually.

Educational Requirements

High school knowledge preferred. Home Health Aide Certificate required.
