Home Health Aide (HHA) (Live-In/Split-Shift)

Join Ultimate Care NY as a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) in Queens and surrounding areas! We are hiring immediately for Split-Shift (12 hour) and Live-In positions throughout Staten Island (Richmond County).

Pay Rates:
Live-In: $260.00 per shift

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
2. Monitor and report vital signs to the supervising nurse
3. Provide emotional support and companionship
4. Perform light housekeeping tasks
5. Escort clients to medical appointments
6. Document activities and observations

Qualifications:

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completed formal training program
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate, independent, and able to maintain confidentiality
