Americare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Assistant Caregiver to assist clients with daily activities in New York. You will promote independence, provide compassionate care, and support wellness in a rewarding caregiving role.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, scheduling appointments, and safe transportation. Must have NYS HHA certificate and be able to work 3–5 hour shifts to start. Competitive weekly pay and benefits offered.

• Must be able to provide annual physical, PPD & other compliance documentation.

Job Description:
