Job summary

Americare is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide Caregiver/Personal Assistant to support clients with daily activities, promoting independence and well‑being. You will assist with personal care, meals, transportation, and companionship in a caring team environment.

The role requires NYS HHA certification, flexibility for 3–5 hour shifts, and ability to work with diverse patients. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, bonuses, and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS HHA Certificate.
• Ability to care for patients with compassion.
• Must work 3, 4 or 5 hour shifts.
• Must provide annual physical, PPD and other compliance documentation.
