Job summary

Marquis Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide in-home care for clients who wish to remain safely at home. You will assist with daily living activities, promote dignity, independence and respect, and help improve quality of life.

We offer FREE certification training for qualified candidates and welcome both experienced professionals and entry-level applicants.

Qualifications

• Assist clients with personal care activities.
• Support light housekeeping and daily living tasks.
• Ensure client safety, including proper use of equipment (side rails, step stools, wheelchairs, oxygen, etc.).
• Accurately document services provided in accordance with agency policies on the day services are rendered.
• Communicate promptly with the RN Supervisor regarding any changes in the client's condition or incidents.
• Participate in the supervisory process as required by NYS law.
• Maintain client confidentiality and protect the integrity of client records.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and families.
• Adhere to agency dress code and professional hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising nurse.
