Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide direct patient care in client homes across Defiance and Napoleon.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and document observations per the plan of care, delivering dignity and comfort to clients while supporting their independence. Eligible candidates have at least one year of verifiable health aide experience and a valid HHA or STNA certificate; a driver’s license and auto insurance are

Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience in the past 2 years.
• STNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings.
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
