Responsibilities

• Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals.
• Read aloud and guide exercises to boost mental and physical wellness.
• Record care notes and progress in the digital charting system.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-On ADL Support – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity.
• Home Environment & Infection Control – Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard‑free, sanitized space.
• Medication & Symptom Monitoring – Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red‑flag signs for your supervising nurse.
• Therapeutic Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, guide range‑of‑motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.
• Accurate Documentation – Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
