Responsibilities

1. Assist patients with daily activities such as transferring, bathing, and mobility assistance.
2. Perform personal care tasks and maintain a clean, comfortable environment, including changing linens and doing laundry.
3. Keep accurate records of patient care, condition, and progress to report to healthcare professionals.
4. Engage with patients to promote mental health and alertness through conversation and companionship.
5. Support medication management and assist with medication administration as needed.

Qualifications
