Interim HealthCare is seeking Private Duty Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care that helps clients live safely and comfortably at home. You will deliver compassionate personal care and companionship that promotes dignity, independence, and peace of mind for clients and families.

We offer truly flexible scheduling—Full-time/ Part-time / PRN / Weekends—with competitive pay, benefits, incentives, and a Daily Pay option.

Qualifikationen

• One year of verifiable in-home care experience (private duty preferred).
• CNA, STNA, HHA, or equivalent caregiver training preferred (not required for all cases).
• Reliable and detail-oriented; able to follow a care plan and document service notes regarding the client’s status.
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance (depending on Private Duty Case).

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 personal care and support in the client’s home in accordance with the individualized plan of care
• Aide patient with safe mobility and transfers, light exercise, and fall-prevention routines as directed
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Offer companionship and help with everyday routines such as meal preparation, medication reminders (as permitted), light housekeeping, and errand support; observe and report changes in condition to the supervisor
