Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Home Health Aide to support licensed professionals in delivering personal care and services under a physician-approved plan of care.

The role requires a Georgia CNA certification and a Georgia driver's license, with at least 1 year of CNA experience in skilled settings. This position supports patient well-being and quality outcomes within a home health care program.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience as a certified nurse assistant in skilled home health agency, hospital, nursing home or SNF required.
• Current active certification on the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry Upon Hire Required and
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Georgia Driver's License Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities

• The home health aide assists home health professional staff in the care of the patient by providing hands-on personal care to the patient or services needed to maintain the patient's health or facilitate treatment of the patient's illness or injury under a plan of care prescribed by a licensed professional.
