Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a reliable Personal Care Assistant to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, providing compassionate daily care and skill-building support.

You will also help bring recipients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home, with opportunities including paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
