Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking a reliable Personal Care Assistant to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes. You will assist with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and help recipients engage with community goals.

Position offers flexible scheduling with paid training and weekly pay. Candidates must be compassionate, able to follow care plans, and pass background checks. 18+ and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 personal care to recipients in their homes
