Job summary

Home Instead is hiring CMT Care Professionals to help seniors stay independent and engaged at home. You’ll receive training, support, and flexible scheduling to fit your life while delivering person-centered care.

Responsibilities include personal care, dementia support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments. A valid Maryland driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of caregiving experience
• Valid Maryland driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Ability to pass reference, background, MVRC and drug screening
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Comfortable working in homes with pets or where smoking may occur

• Personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Dementia and memory care support
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
