BayCare Health System seeks an Administrator Home Health in Lakeland, FL to lead planning, staffing, and delivery of patient care for a high-revenue agency. You will drive quality improvement, collaboration with DON/PCS, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires RN licensure, an associate or bachelor’s degree in health care, and at least three years in a supervisory home health capacity. The position is full-time, exempt, with standard business hours.

• Plan, schedule, and staff a designated Home Health agency with >$10M revenue.
• Lead quarterly quality improvement meetings with DON and PCS; review patient satisfaction data.
• Ensure timely follow-up on deficiencies and complaints with Corporate Responsibility.
