Job summary

Mission Healthcare in California seeks an Account Manager to lead agency sales, educate decision makers, and build strong referral relationships across facilities, hospitals, and senior living communities. You will conduct quality sales calls and educational meetings, negotiate service contracts with managed care organizations, and strive to meet monthly admission goals set by senior management.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or Business and 1 year of healthcare sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to assertively market and deal tactfully with patients, families and community.
• Autonomy, organization, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketing operations, sales calls and ongoing education with referral decision makers.
• Facilitate education on guidelines and agency services provided.
• Participate in community education events, including speaking to healthcare professionals and institutions to provide education on services offered by Mission Healthcare.
• Coordinate with physician offices for necessary documentation and timely processing of orders and addendums.
• Develop and implement marketing plans, monitor territory volume projections and budget allocations.
