CenterWell Home Health seeks a Home Health Account Executive to promote our services to physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory. You will prepare business plans, maintain target lists, prioritize accounts, and report to a Market Executive of Sales while traveling as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related fields and two years of health care sales experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related field plus two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Previous home health care sales or selling to physicians/case managers in SNFs is preferred.
• CRM experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.

As a Home Health Account Executive :

You will call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care service to develop referral source relationships.

You will prepare business plans, maintain target lists and prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.

You will gather and organize account-related information and give feedback on important customer opportunities.

You will report to a Market Executive of Sales.

You will travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.

Required or Preferred Experience/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent plus two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.

Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison is preferred.

Previous experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM is preferred

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Human's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$64,600 - $86,400 per year

This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
