Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 6 months company experience and 1–2 years related retail experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass drug test
• Capable in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability and overtime as needed
• Confidentiality and task prioritization skills
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification
• CPR/first aid certification
• Familiarity with Company policies, RMDS and procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and cashier functions
• Ensure compliance with safety, merchandising, signing, recovery, stockroom and housekeeping standards
• Follow labor agreements where applicable
• Verify in-stocks in basic and ad merchandise
• Perform early removal breakdown and salvage processing
• Support Company initiatives and store operations
• Monitor RMS stock levels and daily sales
• Address maintenance/repair needs and customer requests
• Document incidents and report forms as required
• Collaborate with associates to maintain inviting break rooms and training areas
