Job summary

TESO Group is seeking a Home Goods Team Leader to supervise the grocery and snacks stocking team and ensure efficient department operations. You will manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure displays meet company standards to optimize sales and service.

You will work closely with store management to enhance product selection, merchandising, and customer experience while leading regular team meetings and upholding safety and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings to discuss department goals, challenges, and improvements.
• May be requested to work in other locations from time to time.
• Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs as needed.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and ensure all products are rotated properly to prevent expired or outdated goods from being sold.
• Collaborate with store management to improve product selection and merchandising strategies.
• Lead team meetings to discuss department goals, challenges, and improvements.
• May be requested to work in other locations from time to time.
• Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs. as needed.
