Job summary

TESO Group is seeking a Home Goods Team Leader to drive merchandising and replenishment in the snacks and grocery areas. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely replenishment, clean displays, and excellent customer service while coaching on-site staff.

The role emphasizes stockroom organization, expiration-date checks, promotional displays, and adherence to store standards under the Store Manager guidance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge: Familiar with product merchandising, replenishment, price labels, expiration management, and customer service.
• Core competencies: Strong execution, responsibility, communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage stocking, front-facing displays, shelf organization, and fullness in home goods areas.
• Ensure price labels and promotional signage are accurate and visible.
• Report stock issues and assist with resets, markdowns and display adjustments.
• Oversee replenishment, recovery, FIFO rotation, and product put-away daily.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory adjustments.
