Qualifications

• Retail or service-industry experience preferred; training available.
• Knowledge of merchandising, replenishment, price labels, and basic store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead home goods area merchandising, replenishment, pricing, and displays.
• Ensure shelves are full, prices labeled correctly, and promotions are up to date.
• Provide friendly customer service and coach team members on tasks.
• Monitor expiration and near-expiration items and handle accordingly.
• Report stock issues, out-of-stocks, and display problems to management.
