Responsibilities

• Build genuine, long-lasting relationships with customers through personalized attention and share details to promote Terrain’s events
• Share product knowledge, new arrivals, and trends to inform customers and inspire home spaces
• Deliver a seamless shopping experience by leveraging store systems and applications
• Contribute to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others
• Participate in daily meetings and projects; reflect Terrain’s home and garden style in displays
• Take initiative and work with the team to achieve common goals
• Uphold visual and operational standards while supporting colleagues across departments
• Assist leadership with receiving and placing new product; support customers in-store, curbside, and local delivery
• Adhere to safety standards and inventory controls to reduce loss and support store profitability
