Job summary

Lautenbach Recycling is hiring a roll-off driver to haul construction and demolition debris, wood, concrete, metal, and cardboard between customer sites and the Mount Vernon recycling park. You’ll report to our Mount Vernon facility off Highway 20 to start and end shifts and interact with customers on site.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain DOT compliance, and logs while typically operating within the I-5 corridor.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Current DOT medical card required.
• Good driving record—MVR checked for all hires.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random testing.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Northwest weather year-round.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Mount Vernon facility off Highway 20 to start and end your shift.
• Deliver, place, and retrieve roll-off boxes at residential, commercial, and industrial job sites.
• Dispatches generally stay within the I-5 corridor.
• Pre- and post-trip inspections, DOT compliance, and accurate logs.
• Work directly with customers on placement and access — you're the face of the company on site.
