Job summary

CR&R Incorporated in Lampson - Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Class B CDL Driver for solid waste and recycling operations. This full-time, day shift position offers reliable weekly hours, early start times, and overtime opportunities.

You will drive front-load, side-load, and roll-off trucks, complete routes safely, and help keep our customers serviced. The role requires a valid Class B CDL (Class A CDL accepted) and at least two years of commercial driving experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL (Class A CDL accepted).
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic.
• Willingness to work early mornings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class B commercial vehicles including front-load, side-load, and roll‑off trucks.
• Complete assigned routes safely while meeting service and productivity expectations.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding route conditions or service issues.
• Follow all DOT, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
