Job summary

PSECU is seeking a leader to supervise home equity processing staff, monitor equity pipelines, and ensure timely loan processing and decisions. The role focuses on resolving member issues, training staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance while supporting product enhancements.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage workflows, and handle escalations, with a commitment to service excellence and team development in a credit union environment.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent combination of experience and education is required.

Supervise home equity processing staff. Monitor equity pipeline to ensure that loans are being processed and decisioned in a timely and efficient manner. Resolve complex home equity and member service issues. Provide training to staff on an ongoing basis. Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Onsite expectation 40%.

In this position, you will

• Manage, develop, and direct home equity employees.
• Monitor equity pipelines daily to ensure loans are being processed and decisioned efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements, PSECU Policy, Product Guidelines and Underwriting Standards.
• Decision home equity applications within approved lending authority and in accordance with procedures and guidelines, staying current on applicable laws and compliance requirements
• Participate in product enhancements and new product development.
• Handle member inquiries and escalations
• Review workflows for process improvements and product enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
