Responsibilities

• Provides end-to-end lending guidance and solutions to prospective borrowers by uncovering priorities and objectives.
• Answers inbound and makes outbound calls to advise clients on lending needs and solutions.
• Works with clients and partners to ensure consistent communication and follow-ups.
• Partners with functions across home lending to manage milestones in the loan process.
• Maintains knowledge of lending policies, regulations, and market trends.
• Recommends additional bank products through referrals.
• Demonstrates commitment to ethics and compliance, including HMDA requirements.
