Job summary

We Energies in Delafield, Wisconsin is seeking a Residential Energy Services Consultant to be the primary customer contact for sales and service needs of residential and small commercial customers, coordinating energy service delivery, outages, energy quality issues, new services, outdoor lighting, rewires, relocations, and billing inquiries.

Responsibilities include establishing relationships with homeowners, developers, contractors, and municipalities; discussing service options and prices;

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required in engineering, marketing, business administration, project management or finance.
• Four years of Wisconsin Field Operations experience including customer service and clerical support (in lieu of degree).
• At least three years of customer contact experience.
• Valid driver's license and meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and current customers to discuss service needs and concerns.
• Coordinate installation and service delivery with internal/external resources; negotiate timelines.
• Provide options and pricing information for new services, rewires, relocations, and removals.
• Process work requests, site visits when needed, and respond to inquiries about outages and billing.
