Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education in engineering, marketing, business administration, project management or finance.
• Four years Wisconsin Field Operations experience including customer service and clerical support (in lieu of degree).
• At least three years of customer contact experience.
• Valid driver's license and meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Discuss customer wants, requirements, and service concerns with new and current customers.
• Collaborate with homeowners, developers, contractors, and municipalities to establish new or expanded service.
• Explain service options and prices to customers.
