CHANGE, Inc is seeking a Home Energy Rebate Program Manager to oversee outreach, enrollment, and processing for the Home Energy Rebates Program in West Virginia. The role involves coordinating a team, traveling to multiple counties, and ensuring compliant enrollment of clients.

The position requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel, and a background check with drug screening. Weirton or Moundsville location, Monday–Friday work schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma; associate's degree preferred.
• Administrative/office experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills; meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for the Home Energy Rebates Program, by conducting outreach, marketing efforts and client enrollment.
• Travel to Brooke, Doddridge, Hancock, Harrison, Marion, Marshall, Ohio, Tyler, Wetzel counties; mileage reimbursement; company vehicle available occasionally.
• Receive and manage all Home Energy Rebates Program applications and screen potential clients to determine eligibility by collecting and entering required documentation for program enrollment.
• Attend meetings and trainings to improve skills and knowledge of best practices.
• Oversee any employee assigned to assist with program operations.

Responsibilities

• Job duties would include but are not limited to;
• Serve as main point of contact for the Home Energy Rebates Program, by conducting outreach, marketing efforts and client enrollment.
• Program operates in and would require travel to the following counties; Brooke, Doddridge, Hancock, Harrison, Marion, Marshall, Ohio, Tyler, Wetzel. Travel would require personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Company vehicle would be available occasionally.
• Receive and manage all Home Energy Rebates Program applications and screen potential clients to determine eligibility by collecting and entering required documentation for program enrollment.
• Attend meetings and trainings to improve skills and knowledge of best practices
• Oversee any employee assigned to assist with program operations.
