Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to safely deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment in patient homes. You will educate patients on proper equipment use and ensure safe operation while delivering high‑quality customer service.

You’ll join a supportive team at a flagship Phoenix Metro market, with on‑call rotation, a stable schedule, and opportunities to advance your skills in a patient‑centered environment. Prior driver training and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and completion of Apria Driver Training

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment up to 50 lbs during daily deliveries and setups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use.
• Offer high level of customer service and support to patients relying on equipment for life-sustaining needs.
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle.
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed.
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately.
• Maintain supply components in patient profiles.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs.
• Perform routine vehicle checks.
• Support additional duties as assigned
