Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment in patient homes. You will educate patients on equipment use, ensure safe operation, and provide high-quality customer service as part of a mission-driven care team.

The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, following flexible evening schedules, and contributing to a supportive team at our Phoenix-area/related market. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 1 year of related delivery/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs during daily deliveries and setups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate instruction on equipment use and safety to patients.
• Complete delivery logs and vehicle documentation accurately; maintain supplies in patient profiles.
