Accendra Health, Inc. is hiring a Delivery Technician to deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment (DME) in patient homes. You will educate patients on basic equipment use and ensure safe operation while providing high-quality customer service.

The role supports patient safety, comfort, and independence in the Phoenix metro market with a flagship team. It offers a stable schedule, on-call rotation, and opportunities for growth within a caring, hands-on team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year related work experience.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of Apria’s Driver Training Program.
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Responsabilités

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment ranging from 10 lbs – 160 lbs during daily deliveries and setups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use.
• Offer high level of customer service to patients relying on equipment for life-sustaining needs.
• Load and unload equipment from delivery vehicle.
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed.
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately.
• Maintain supply components in patient profiles.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs.
• Perform routine vehicle checks.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
