Job summary

Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Registered Nurse for our North Regional Float Pool (based in Lake City, covering Kirkland, Bellevue, Everett and Yesler Kidney Centers). The RN is responsible for delivering and documenting care for patients dialyzing at NKC and operates under the guidance of the charge nurse or manager.

The role requires the RN license in Washington, an Associate or Baccalaureate degree, and BLS.

• Current RN license in Washington.
• American Heart Association BLS.

Shift: Full time, variable days 5:00-14:30 any day of the week.

Purpose

The Registered Nurse is accountable for the delivery and documentation of care of patients dialyzing at NKC. The nurse is self-directed and accepts and follows leadership from the designated charge nurse, supervisor or manager, and performs relief and/or project duties as related to the overall goals of the department and company.

Required qualifications

• Equivalent of Associate or Baccalaureate degree with a Nursing major


• Current Registered Nursing license in the state of Washington


• American Heart Association BLS

Preferred qualifications

• One year of previous nursing experience


• Prior dialysis experience

This position is eligible for an evening shift premium of $2.50/hour.
