Physician Consultants Business Solu is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Macon, GA. The RN will manage and create care plans for home dialysis patients, including overseeing LPNs and patient care technicians, and ensuring adherence to facility policies.

The role emphasizes patient-family education, coordination of care, and ongoing clinical assessment to optimize outcomes for adult/geriatric ESRD populations in the home setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensed with ESRD dialysis experience, able to perform home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures.
• Strong nursing assessment, planning, and patient/family education skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate interdisciplinary team care and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
