Job summary

Home Dialysis Services & Dialysis Care Center, LLC in Macon, GA is seeking a Clinic Manager to supervise clinic operations and staff. You will coordinate nursing services, review lab orders, and troubleshoot dialysis equipment while working with physicians and RNs to grow patient census.

The role requires RN licensing, CPR, and 2–3 years nursing experience, with leadership skills and strong communication. Travel between facilities may be needed; benefits include voluntary plans and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting; experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel a must
• Must be productive and resourceful with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent leadership skills
• RN license and CPR certification required or preferred
• 2-3 years nursing experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision to the assigned clinic
• Review physician lab orders for accuracy in the Medical Information System
• Maintain skill level in home dialysis equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Work with physicians and RNs to increase patient census
• Promote operational efficiency and quality goals
• Ensure staffing adequacy and manage timekeeping and HR paperwork
• Oversee training and orientation of staff and support onboarding
