Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Home Therapy RN to coordinate patient care, perform home visits, and promote patient independence in dialysis at home. You will teach, advocate, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure informed consent and optimal care in CMS-regulated settings.

You will pursue continuing education, participate in quality improvement, and address ethical challenges with mentorship, ensuring safe, effective home-based treatment for patients.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN licensure in the state.
• 1 year of RN experience; 1 year nephrology/dialysis experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform home visits to assess suitability for home dialysis.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver required patient care.
• Educate patients and advocate informed treatment decisions.
• Identify professional development activities and participate in quality improvement.
