Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Home Training Registered Nurse to evaluate, train, and support home dialysis patients, care partners, and families. The role requires current RN licensure, 12 months of nursing experience, and knowledge of dialysis procedures to ensure patient dignity and safety in the home setting.

Applicants with peritoneal or home hemodialysis experience and supervisory capabilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with current state license.
• 12 months of nursing experience.
• BLS and CPR certifications.
• Training/experience in dialysis modalities preferred.
• Supervisory/teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide home dialysis training and support to patients and care partners.
• Evaluate patient safety, privacy, and well-being in the home setting.
• Educate families on treatment protocols and equipment use.
• Maintain documentation per state regulations and procedures.
