Job summary

The Home Training PD Registered Nurse at Innovative Renal Care trains dialysis patients and families for the home dialysis program, ensuring patient rights, privacy, and safety in a supportive, educational environment.

You will work with peritoneal dialysis equipment and procedures, provide hands-on guidance, and help patients transition to home therapy while maintaining compliance with state licensure and BLS/CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current state licensure.
• Minimum 12 months nursing experience.
• Documented training and experience in peritoneal dialysis and/or home hemodialysis.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certifications required.
• Supervisory and teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
