Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide clinically competent care for an assigned patient group.
• Document dialysis data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about care and treatment options.
• Supervise and mentor other care staff as assigned.
