Job summary

Must have RN license, CPR/BLS, and willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis care and contribute to the treatment plan for home dialysis patients.
• Educate patients and families on home dialysis procedures and safety.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Assist with initial home visits and ongoing education for patients and partners.
• Support travel to patient homes and training sites as needed.
