Job summary

Northwest Kidney Centers in Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time Home Program Services Coordinator to support our Yesler Kidney Center and home dialysis program. You will handle intake, scheduling, medical reception duties, and coordinate patient treatment logs, labs, and supplies, while maintaining EMR records and communicating with patients and care teams.

This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with EMR and scheduling software, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Approximately one year of medical reception experience with public-facing duties.
• Strong office skills and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate day-to-day workload with supervision to facilitate center operations.
• Handle intake and triage calls; schedule patients for services.
• Perform medical reception duties and prepare patient forms.
• Monitor entries in the EMR and coordinate with labs, physicians, hospitals.
• Coordinate patient travel and escort patients as needed.
• Maintain office equipment and assist with data entry and filing.
• Assist in stocking supplies and coordinating inventory.
• Prepare reports/audits for Home Leadership as requested.
