Job summary

John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking for a full-time Home Depot Lead Coordinator / Dispatcher to manage Home Depot leads, schedule appointments, and dispatch field teams across South Florida.

The role requires weekend availability and a strong focus on organization and customer service to ensure timely follow-up and accurate scheduling. You will collaborate with Home Depot lead generators, the sales team, and field crews to ensure each lead is handled efficiently and customers

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in customer service, scheduling, dispatch or related roles.
• Experience handling leads and coordinating appointments.
• Strong communication, time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage Home Depot leads.
• Promptly contact customers to schedule appointments.
• Coordinate and maintain sales and service appointment calendars.
• Dispatch the appropriate team to customer locations.
• Communicate appointment details and updates to field teams.
• Follow up on open leads and non-scheduled customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments and interactions.
• Ensure timely follow-up and smooth handoffs between departments.
